The last Digital CMO Series post focused on what The Connection Project means to us as digital marketers and how leaders in the industry are finding new and innovative ways to connect – both online and off. During our time at the 2011 Digital CMO Summit – attendees had the opportunity to connect in a powerful way to the city of New Orleans. A city still recovering, six years after the devastation of hurricane Katrina. We spent the day working with Beacon of Hope repainting a house that was over eight feet under water – bringing the family one step closer to finally moving back into their home. It was really powerful to see how many volunteers we had willing to donate their time while in New Orleans – truly bringing The Connection Project to life.
Thanks again to all of the VolunTours that participated – and enjoy the video recap of the day!
