Time for a little Speed Dating?

As more and more people are gabbing away on their cell phones while behind the wheel, driving safety has plummeted in recent years. As if it isn’t bad enough, a new website, flirtingintraffic.com, may well add another distraction for speedsters on the road.
Flirtingintraffic.com is designed to allow members to connect with that hot guy or gal that you made eye contact with this morning while sitting at a red light. We have all had that moment where you see someone in the car next to you and you wish you could offer to buy them a drink (not recommended) or ask if they come here often (also, not recommended).
Flirtingintraffic.com is still just a baby, only receiving about 1300 visitors per week, but it is on the upswing. Sign up for a free membership, upload a pic or two, fill out your specs and you will receive a maroon identification sticker in the mail. Place this badge on your car’s bumper and the next time someone wants to see what’s under your hood they can contact you through the site and say “Hey, nice car. How many miles per gallon do you get?”; or something along those lines.
Obviously there are some major safety issues here. I can picture people (myself included) scrambling for a pen and pad of paper while some smoke show cruises by, then a high speed pursuit breaks out just because you couldn’t make out the last digit on her ID tag. What about if you let someone else borrow your car? You then run into all sorts of false representation issues. Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea. In today’s world, multitasking is a must. Feel free to email us your success stories.

Now here is a creative idea.
