What better way to show you care during the holidays than with a hilariously snarky, sometimes racy e-card that would make your grandma blush? While many flock to the stores to purchase sentimental greeting cards or personalize holiday cards with family photos, others are releasing their true feelings about the holidays with a side of sassy-ness (and maybe a little eggnog). In the top five referring keywords to someecards.com is “free sarcastic ecard,” if that gives you an idea of what you’re getting yourself into.
Someecards.com is one of my favorite websites to get sucked into the proverbial internet vacuum. There are cards for every occasion- birthdays, flirting, workplace (my personal favorite category), friendship, seasonal, confession, etc. They create topical cards on-the-fly to keep up with current events. Their copywriters are *ahem* colorful and it seems as we get closer to the holidays, people find themselves drawn to the cards they would send, if only their superego didn’t get in the way.
Thank you, someecards, for saying what I really wanted to say this year, but only had the guts to send to a friend or post on my Facebook wall, where only my friends would see. Your copywriters have that je ne sais quoi that really capture my holiday spirit (or lack thereof). To everyone else suffering from the holiday grumps, hang in there-January 2nd is right around the corner!
