What with the media coverage of twitter's central role, and the state dept request and all, couldn't have been any better, from a PR angle. Course, the fact that lives were at stake makes it a bigger issue, but it does mean citizen reporting via twitter is filling an information vacuum which MSM journalists couldn't fill. That's huge.
