		<description>Some university marketing researchers are putting the finishing touches on a study that is a breakthrough in understanding the complexity of loyalty programs. It isn't simply the rewards themselves that determine customer loyalty. It is the effect that loyalty programs combined with a wide range of other factors -- switching costs, soft benefits, strength of customer relationship, and customer co-creation of value -- are the tie-breakers when consumers evaluate their loyalty program options. After all, the actual rewards are quite similar. There's much more to it. This is a hot study. Private industry is competing with the journals to get their hands on it. One company is offering big bucks for exclusive control of it.</description>

		<description>We were so happy with our decision to stay at Nikki Beach Resort. It was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and the Resort was everything we were looking for. We were picked up by a limo in the airport, the room was beautiful and right on the beach and the food was awesome. Relaxed by the pool at day and spent a couple nights partying at the Beach Bar. Cynthia and Megan were awesome bartenders and we loved the music. A special thank you to Ricardo and Crystal our Personal Assistants who helped arrange our trips around the island.

		<description>Also makes a diference what kind of rewards the hotels are offering. Something very useful, like frequent flyer miles, makes a big difference to the conversions. Key thing is that it should be something from another company, as opposed to a freebie from the hotel itself.</description>
