I would like to know how this measurement works. Is it counting from Oct 1-30 or something like 15 Sep - 15 Oct? I need to know this in order to compare compete to other ramnking sites such as Alexa, Ranking etc.

With Jerry Yang out as CEO, there’s sure to be big changes in the next couple of months at Yahoo. I’d say Yahoo’s fortunes will now swing around, and you’re going to see their query volume rise too, as they shift gears from fighting corporate battles to making Yahoo more profitable. If, that is, Microsoft doesn’t step in again.
