		<description>Target does have an edge in apparel. I usually end up there to buy branded threads which aren't available in other stores, except for retailers of the brand. Cheaper too.</description>

		<description>I have known a few parents to just tell their kids to use last year's supplies when they usually allow them to get newer ones. Electronics will almost never lose their momentum... people scrounge up sofa change to get the devices they are obsessed with.</description>
