		<description>@Ling, this is just measuring research, not bookings, so your report isn't necessarily in conflict with this data. I've seen research indicating people are so attached to their annual family vacations they would prefer to cut back on other things than take a less extravagant vacation or (oh no!) staycation. My idea is simply that more people are considering the staycation...maybe we'll have another blog post to cover the execution element!</description>

		<description>There's something screwy about this. I read a report about a survey a few weeks back which said staycation deals offered by travel companies were a total wash. Maybe people are searching for in-state vacations, but not actually taking the vacations?</description>
