The April Fools hoaxes by Google have become widely known in some circles, but judging by the email I got from a friend this morning asking if I’d seen the new Gmail feature of Custom Time, not everyone has caught on. The pages are well done and it’s easy to see how someone not really paying attention could be fooled by some of the “new offers” at first glance.

The hoaxes started back in 2000 but last year was the biggest yet for Google with two fake offers. There were more than one million visits to the combination of Gmail Paper and Google TiSP (Toilet Internet Service Provider) pages in April last year.

Anyway, I wonder if I’ve got a shot at living on Mars

We must admit…we didn’t look too deeply into the “new feature” but saw that it was a dumb one but didn’t put it past Google to create something like it — somewhat fooled!

The recent hoax about Mars exploration is a very well made content.
See it as a book or a well written essay that is popular because it has a valuable quality to some readers.

By the way, their pics are very good to.

April fools day was a dying tradition only acknowledged in the USA.

Just recognized by children because Adults considered it dumb and annoying.

However, the Web has not only given it a tremendous comeback, but has given it international fame.

This day got more publicity than virtually any holiday.

It allowed everyone to be a child again without worrying about being seem as immature.

We could just take a break from the seriousness of living and have fun

Can you imagine what it is going to develop into by the next decade…..
