		<description>Very interesting post. Even though it is 2008 now the post still is very relevant.

An interesting trend that this post has brought out concerning online world is the "follow-like-a-sheep" mentality. People blindly try to ape successful models. That said, this trend has its uses too. Firstly, it ensures that the pioneer in any application deployment does not wield monopolistic powers, meaning that he/she will have competition. Secondly, it encourages innovativeness on 'success'.

The Meebo correlation to MySpace seems a little strange since there are only about 1m registered users on Meebo, so it would be somewhat strange if it was the most correlated site. Were these the MOST correlated websites with these social networks or just your choices to illustrate a difference? If it's just to illustrate a difference, then seeing comparisons of, say, Twitter's correlation to MySpace versus Facebook would have been more appropriate.</description>
