Compete.com is getting a makeover!

Compete.com’s 1-year birthday is coming up. To celebrate, we’re giving Compete.com a makeover!

Compete.com has morphed quite a bit since launching back in November ‘06, and we realized many months back that the website’s navigation had not kept up. We’ve worked on improving this and are getting ready to release a new navigation scheme, and homepage this week.

We know change is hard, but in this case we think it is for the better :) Look out for these big changes and let us know what you think!

Looks really good guys. Question for you: when are you releasing UK specific data for the search phrases?

  2. Search◊ Engines Web

    Very attractive design

Why not offer several options for previewing and let the readers vote and critique ahead of time

I normally wouldn’t comment, but I think it’s a step backwards. I liked the single search box, I understand the call to action but I was able to quickly lookup a site, now I have to wait for a landing page to load and delete all the default text in the boxes to look at site stats. Besides everything for some reason appears smaller (the text boxes), the CSS is heavy and loads slowly. I don’t know guys.
