@Jason, Overall site referral reports are not available as a self-service tool on Compete.com yet. Compete’s client services team has the ability to pull such reports together on a custom basis.

Guy’s personal blog (http://blog.guykawasaki.com/) is ranked 24 on Technorati.

I believe Guy started blogging in 2006, set a Technorati rank goal for himself (top 100), and achieved it in no time.

He’s an internet rock start just for that in my eyes :)
