Why does Craigslist offer a service then refuse to let people put ads up looking for work? Just regular ads, computer work, etc. Why is that? Thanks a lot you sorry bastards.

Does finding an item for sale really need to be as painful and teadious process as sites like Craig’s make it? I would much rather cruise around a well-planned, though out, and easy-on-the-eyes classified website like Oodle.com, zumThing.com, or Vast any day.

It seems that the only reason Craig is doing so well is due to the popularity contest that he appears to be winning, not becuase the website is superior and offers great classified searching tools, but because people just know to look there… and eventually after hours of digging through posts and hastacks tend to find what they were looking for ( a needle perhaps).

I guess I’m not one to settle. Just my two cents…

What I hate is when you are trying to make a buck to feed yourself, etc., and craigslist kicks your ads off. Computer work. I get my ad kicked off 5 out of 7 times. And I don’t over post. That’s bad. Great blog.

I’m not a big fan of craigslist.comif if you are trying to sell something your going to be flagged and it does not matter what your selling I have found forums where people look to flag items and I think craig is behind it do to the fact that more hits more his site is worth and he knows this more people are looking at other sites to sell items because of this I think craigs days are coming to a end and it is going to happen with a company coming up with something like his

Very interesting find but it’s not at all shocking. Of course more people would want to check out the more sensual ads for curiosity. Let’s face it, we all have read through those ads at least once in our lives. Many lonely people out there also want to find romance and resorted on posting online in search of that.

Catholic Preists don’t have to cruise CL; they aren’t looking for men, they’re looking for babies…..

I am staunchly opposed to child abuse on any level….With that said, many of the adults on CL and in the world at large have not business hooking up with anyone…They don’t have the slightest knowledge about Sexually transmitted diseases..

Saying you only ‘play’ safe and then volunteering to lick someone’s southern area speaks to that ignorance. We have not even begun to see the HIV/AIDS rate that is sure to come from sexually active misinformed legal adults (of all ages)….Sad when safer sex and knowledge about it would protect some many.
