I could not find any other way to get in touch with compete.com so I am posting my message here… sorry.

I had an idea for compete and so I went to the contact page and tried to post it. On attempting to submit the system told me my idea had to be less than 250 characters. So I tried 3 variations and it still kept saying my comment was more than 250. It would not even tell me how many words needed to be cropped. Very frustrating.

Here is the idea I was trying to post:

When I search for traffic numbers for websites such as halfbakery.com it’s listed as ‘Uncategorized’. It would be nice if the user is allowed to specify a category and it would also be nice if people are allowed to leave comments on a site. Halfbakery.com description could be “website for mostly half baked ideas”.

Point of observation…. there is only one guy on this list. Come on fellas do something to climb up the standings… I’m sure Johnny Depp has a crazy streak left in him.
