Several football related sites saw some serious traffic increases during Week 4. Mvp.com, an apparel store for cbsSportsLine.com saw a 36% jump in viewers due to their Steelers and Seahawks apparel, as well as copies of official game programs for the big game.

For those overconfident fans out there, nflshop.com offered a “Super Bowl Kit” which contained either Steelers or Seahawks championship gear. Obviously roughly half of these orders never made it out of the shop. This bold deal surged traffic by 90%. Steelers.com and Seahawks.com saw positive trends in hits for the week, estimated United States unique visitors were 647,885 and 288,452, respectively.
